Jude Afolake Olubodun, BS, Executive Assistant

Jude is a Black, trans, Autistic abolitionist, educator, and parent deeply committed to transformative justice, harm reduction, and decolonizing survival struggles.
With over six years as a grassroots community organizer and mentor, Jude actively works to empower others with tools and resources that reject oppressive systems through an intersectional lens to ensure Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice.
His background lies in queer, racial, and economic justice, including as an acting cofounder of the Chattanooga Trans Liberation Collective. There, he educates the community on the needs and humanity of queer and trans people. As the community consent mediator, he teaches boundaries, bodily autonomy, agency, and how to negotiate. He acts as a mediator when consent has been violated, to help support the process of accountability and changed behavior to help prevent future harm.
Jude advocates for mutual liberation and the dismantling of white supremacy. His work emphasizes the importance of solidarity with the global south and the fight for self-determination, ensuring that advocacy efforts do not abandon the most marginalized under capitalism, built on a foundation of Transformative Justice and disability advocacy.
Jude's passion lies in fostering a community that stands together, challenging systems that dehumanize and exploit, and nurturing relationships that pave the way for a just and liberated future.
