WELCOME TO IRL SOCIAL SKILLS
You belong.
We all have strengths, talents and interests that make us unique and valuable. Yet too often, autistic and other neurodivergent people are regarded as “broken”, in need of fixing.
But you’re not broken. You don’t need to be fixed.
Everyone can benefit from learning better relational and communication skills — regardless of our neurotype.
IRL Social Skills is a safe place where autistic and other neurodivergent teens, young adults, and adults can learn, practice, and refine social skills. As with other skills—like learning to play piano, bake bread, or do complex math—there are specific steps to follow and practice to become more comfortable and adept at social interactions. Through direct instruction, coaching, and peer interactions, we help humans learn to initiate, cultivate, and maintain relationships in every area of life and at any age.
