HOW IT WORKS
We offer multiple training packages to meet your organizational needs and budget.
HALF-DAY TRAINING
Our half-day training consists of three hours of educational seminar, usually delivered via Zoom video conference.
6-week program
Our immersive training is a six-week program meant to be a more in-depth training for clinicians, practitioners, and direct support workers whose clients or patients are neurodivergent. Our training is a social and sensational model, rather then a behavioral health based compliance perspective. We help you to become more effective across every intervention through increased awareness, knowledge, and inclusivity practices.

All of our neurodiversity trainings start with a a discovery process to gauge awareness and knowledge, and identify any organizational weaknesses or biases. We will provide all necessary materials used in the trainings. We also survey participants after each training to ensure the information has been fully understood and to assist with implementation.
